All we ask for is a strong brief - remember we're ex PR and marketing professionals - so the brief essentially is 'creative direction'. We like to keep away from the 'grip and grin' images if we can so if we know the use of the image and even the subject title of the editorial we may be able to be a little more creative - subject depending that is and that they are happy to oblige! Images are current to JPG and then sent via 50Mb broadband connection within 3 hours (that allows any journey times and post production) - we use WebTrans to do this not Dropbox. This way we get a receipt on delivery and downloading - so if you want us to send the images to a third party we have audit tracking for you.
